After my mom passed away in 2020, I made the decision to take control of my own health.  Food had always been an obsession, but not exactly a healthy one. So  I turned my love of cooking into a way to love myself by creating what I call 'Rossipes' - my attempt to crack the code on flavor and texture for my favorite food, while still making sure they were good for me.  

And now I'm sharing them with all of you!  I hope you enjoy them, share them and are inspired to create some of your own.  And when you do, send them to me!
